Palmolive (A Review)

I became a member of Influenster a while back. This is the second thing that I have been sent from them. The first box had a TON of goodies in it. The best thing about the VoxBoxes? Everything in the box is always full size. They don’t send you measly trial sized products. You get the full deal. Influenster is AMAZING! I’ll be sure to do a post about them later.

In this box I was given two bottles of a brand new line of Palmolive dish soap that is coming out. At first I thought, “It’s just dish soap. It can’t be anything special.” Well, I was wrong. This soap was great.

The liquid looks almost like concentrated laundry detergent. It’s really thin and watery looking. The bottle reads that it is “ultra concentrated” which is probably why it looks so thin.

The bottle didn’t have instructions on it but due to the “ultra concentrated” words, I figured that you wouldn’t have to use as much. Bingo! I was right. Two tiny drops gave me a sink full of bubbles. The dishes were squeaky clean and my hands felt like I’d put on lotion. I like this stuff!

So, the pros for me are this:

  • clean dishes
  • soft hands
  • uses less soap

The big con for me is that it costs $3.00 at my local store. I have a dishwasher that I use also. So, I don’t always hand wash my dishes. Therefore, I usually buy something a little cheaper for when I do. I don’t know if I want to commit to $3.00 for dish soap that I won’t use all the time.

Either way, if you hand wash dishes all the time, this is great soap. I’m enjoying it while I have it. The fact that I don’t have to use as much to wash my dishes means that I won’t have to buy any for quite some time. Thanks, Influenster.

Have you tried out this dish soap, yet? What brand do you buy? Leave me a comment and let me know. I’m always up for new suggestions.
